Baked sweet potato pudding. This recipe is almost all the same as pumpkin pudding I posted before. But as the potatoes are very sweet, I reduced the sugar. (probably I put 60g sugar only)I am going to bring this pudding to my friend's place tomorrow. Hope they will like it.
