Spring has come!!
The other tempra is called "Kakiage" which means deep fried various ingredients.
Shreds of burdock roots, carrot, celery, onion, cabbage and dried shrimp called "Sakuraebi" in it.
We prefer to taste them with a special sea salt my friend gave me.
