Chestnuts Pound Cake

As I got Japanese chestnuts paste and roasted chestnuts, baked chestnuts pound cake today.
200g chestnuts paste as same amount as butter and flour in it.
As for a pound cake, we must wait for 2-3 days to eat it so that it would be more moist, soft and tasty. However, since I cannot wait, I shot the photo and tasted it now.

Yummy indeed :-) Look forward to my son having it tomorrow!

For tea time, I had rooibos tea got from "Mariage Frères" . This tea goes with pound cake very much. Besides the taste, I am very pleased with the name "Fall in Love". What a romantic name, isn't it?
