Braised Ram& Potatoes/ Coleslaw Salad


Place ram chops(season salt and pepper before) . Put potatoes, some herbs(thyme and rosemary) and lots of garlics on them. Add 1 2/1 cup water(or chicken soup stock). Just simmer with low heat around 1 hour.

Easy! isn't it?! But make sure you should use thick stew pot for cook.



For relish, I made coleslaw. Besides shred cabbage, onion and carrot, I added "Yacon" which appearance looks like potatoes, but the taste and texture resemble a pear.
Rub vegetables with salt and squeeze the water. Dress with olive oil, Champagne vineger, and maple syrup.
