Cream Stew

My coughing is killing me these days. Is it a cold?

Although I am taking antibiotics medicine, my cough seems to get seriously....

I cannot sleep well nor concentrate on cooking....

Sigh....

Tonight, I made a cream stew. I didn't use any soup cube. Only add sea salt and low-fat milk. However, thanks to chicken chops and vegetables, this is very rich and tasty.

Only if I have chicken chops, the bones help to make a good broth. But I recommend to use organic chicken. Do not use broiler ones!

Instead of potatoes, I put Taro, purple sweet potatoes and pumpkins in it. They make the soup more thicken, mild and rich.
