Tuna Open Sandwich

Baked "a la campagne". This is my signature bread. It takes almost a day to make it but it is worth taking a certain time.
When I have this bread, I usually make open sandwiches.
Making fresh mayonnaise is quite easy if only you have "bamix". Only 10 seconds bring about the miracle mayonnaise that is Absolutely fresh and delicious.

When he was totally satisfied with the meal, he nodded strongly and repeatedly.
