Oyako-Don



Oyako-don is one of typical Japanese food. Oyako meand parents and kids. In this case, Chicken and eggs.
Putting on loads of Mitsuba(honewort) is my style.

~Oyako-don recipe~

Ingredients
1.5cups of Katsuo(bonito) Dashi
1 tablespoons Sake
2 tablespoons Mirin
1 tablespoons Beets Sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Above these 5 ingredients are for sauce.

1 onion(thinly sliced)
250g of chicken thigh(cut small pieces)
3 eggs(stirred)
white rice
seaweed
a bunch of Mitsuba

Method
1 Put all sauce ingredients into the pan with midium heat.
2 When boiled, add slicely chopped onion.
3 When onion became soften, add chicken.
4 Put seaweed on white rice in the bowl you serve.
5 Add some sauce from the pan on to the rice.
6 Pour stirred egg slowly using chopstics into the pan, add mitsuba,
7 When it boils, turn off the gas and put on the lid until the egg get soft-boiled. around 2 minutes.
8 Put the sauce on the rice.

He ate it except chickens. He prefers fish to meat.
