Chinese Cabbage and Chicken Soup

It was freezing cold and raining in Tokyo today. Impossible to go out to get some stuff.
Only left Chinese cabbage and Chicken Wing in our fridge.

How can I make fabulous meal using two ingredients?

I might be a genius.

Just simmer both of them for 1.5 hour!!!

To be more specific, at first simmer chicken wings for 1 hour. After that add the Chinese Cabbage and simmer again around 30 mins until the cabbage enough soften. Just leave it with low heat.

This is very simple and easy recipe, isn't it?
Moreover, it's very healthy and low calories!
While it is simmered, I usually do another thing such as clean up room or playing with too much active toddler.
Thanks to this meal, I can spend the time more effectively.

However, this is not completed yet.
Still bland. Have to make a sauce. Don't worry, it's totally easy.

Soy sauce, Sesami oil (extra virgin), Grated garlic, Chili Bean Sauce and ground freshly black pepper. Mix them using a small bottle.
That's all! This sauce goes with steamed fish, tofu and any vegetables as well.

For my son, I served "Pon-zu"(soy sauce with lemon juice) instead.
When will he be able to eat chili sauce by the way? 10 years later? What about Korean kids? Do they have Kim-chi when they're little?
Hummm.

Today's Taro's rate: ★★★★
"Pon-zu": His favour indeed.

Tip; Must use a thick pot when cook.
