Kaorinskiee's Classic Lunch~Japanese style~

When I served lunch with one plate, I can see the nutrition balance at a glance clearly.
This is the perfect healthy meal! Don't you think so?
Today's menu
-Roasted Kasu-zuke(Sawara(sierra))
-Stir Fried Katsuo-na and deep fried bean curd
-Kinpira Gobo
-Brown Rice with yukari(plum leaves flake)
-Miso-soup-onion and seaweed-.

Kasu-duke is one of the way of marinade. Kasu is the lees left over from sake production.
This is the first time to see and cook "Katsuo-na" which is only raised in Hakata, Fukuoka area.
Thanks to Radish Boya, they often send unusual vegetables to us! FUN!

Today's Taro's rate: ★★★★★full marks! yeah!
This is what he likes.
When I feed him, I chopped every vegetables except onion in the miso-soup.
