Quick Apple Pie


To consume apples, baked a large apple pie. Since I don't have much time to make pie dough from scratch, this time, I used two pie sheets. It's so helpful that I always keep it in the freezer.

For filling, I used raisons, cinnamon, 1/2 lemon juice, sugar, ram liquor and sliced one fresh apple.
Just place the filling on the crust and cover with the other dough. Spread the egg yolk to make it glossy.
Preheat the oven to 210℃ and bake it for 15 minutes, after that160℃for 20 minutes.
