Japanese Dinner

Tonight's menu
- BuriKama-Daikon(sweet soy yellowtail fish and radish)
- Shungiku Brown Rice
- Udo Kimpira
- Egg plants Miso soup

I like to have Shungiku as fresh. Pick up the young and soften leaves of Shungiku. Place them and white sesami in the large bowl. Drizzle soy sauce and enough heated sesami oil in the bowl.
Add brown rice and fold them. Very simple rice salad is done. You can use rocket instead of shungiku. Make sure the oil is the best you can find otherwise it will never tastes good.
In regard to radish, I used "聖護院大根" which is very famous radish in Kyoto. It is suitable for Nimono(food boiled and seasoned).

Taro's rate: no mark
He has been seriously grouchy due to his sore throat. He turned newborn baby again!! I got tired of breastfeeding him......
