Potato and Cod Gratin

Tonight, Jun was out. Taro doesn't want to eat anything I cook. I cooked gratin for myself.
I think this menu comes from Spain or French. Usually it is used salted and semi-dried cod in their countries.
Cut potatoes into bite-sizes pieces. Place them in the sauce pan with slightly covered water. Cook them until soften. Add some milk in the pan. Meanwhile, season salt and pepper on the sliced cod. Place the olive oil, one clove garlic and fresh tyme in the another pan. Roast the cod and take the skin and bones out. Flake the cod and add them in the sauce pan. Season salt and pepper.
Place them in the casserole. Add shred cheese. Preheat the oven to 210℃. Bake them for 2o minutes until the cheese melt. Lots of cheese make the taste more rich.

Taro's rate:none
He had boiled broccoli stem, one sliced cheese and some pieces of crackers only. Plus breastfeed milk. Recently he is pleased with cracker very much. He can pronounce "cracker" when he wants to eat.
To be surprised, he had broccoli stem! Amazing.
