Deep Fried Aji(horse mackerel )

Made deep fried Aji. This is quite common dish in Japan. I added a slice cheese for each fish. The taste become more rich.
When we have deep fried stuff, I usually use this sauce.
My cooking god, Yoko Arimoto strongly recommends this sauce and we introduced it a few years ago. We never run out of it at home. :)

He loves deep fried stuff. Especially the coating of batter. He likes crispy.
