Tofu with zha cai pickles

This Tofu sauce is amazingly beautiful. Chopped cucumber, green papper,zha cai pickles, ginger, green onion, Myoga herb and Shiso herb. Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce on Tofu.
If only you have food processor, it takes only 3 minutes to make it.

He didn't try Tofu at all. (He's into fried dumpling....)

After dinner, we had watermelon. Summer has come!
