Shiona (ice plant)

This is my first time to have this ice plant called "Shiona".

Looks like putting lots of crystal drops on the leaves and stem.
Am not sure if your country have them. Have you ever seen them before??


We had them for simple tomato and mozzarera cheese salad.
Shiona is very plain, fresh and crispy.
Yumm.
