Ossobuco

First tried to make Braised Ossobuco with tomato sauce.
Very easy. Just takes a certain time little bit.



Here is a brief procedure to make "Osso Buco". FYR.

Chopped celery, carrot, onion. Put them into a thick large pan, pour olive oil (3table spoon) fried with low heat until enough softened perhaps more than 10minutes. After that add whole tomato.( I used 2 tomato cans.)
This is "osso Buco". the centre in the bone called marrow. That is super yummy.
I got this meat at this shop. ("ハイ食材室”)
I quite often use this internet shop. You can get lam meat, even foie gras!!

Season S&P, flour them and fried them on a fried pan until golden brown colour.
Pour red wine.(200cc)

Place the meat and wine into the large pan. simmer more than 1 hour. Season salt and pepper.
Add chooped Italian parsley, lemon skin(non-waxed) and garlic and simmer 10 minutes.
Then, serve!!!
