To consume loads of onions, made onion lunch!
Potato Salad with onion slices, Onion Soup and Onion&Olive Foccacia
Ingredients
- 300g flour (for bread)
-4g salt
-a pinch of sugar
-2 teaspoon dried yeast
-180cc warm water
-8cc olive oil
Put all ingredients except olive oil into a food processor.
When it comes together, add olive oil and pulse.
Take them out and knead the dough until surface get smoothed.
Lightly oil a large bowl, place the dough in the bowl, leave it until doubled in volume.
Preheat oven to 200℃
Deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead briefly. Pat or roll the dough into a sheet and place on the cooking sheet.
Brush the dough with oil, Put anchovi, sauteed onion and black olives on it. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake foccacia in preheated oven for 15minutes.
Serve 8
