Diced Enoki, Shitake, Elingi, Shimeji and Maitake Mushrooms. Meausure the gross weight.
Boil 20 secs for each mushroom.
Put boiled mushrooms in the preserved bottle. Add 10%salt of the gross weight. Mix together.
It can be stored in a fridge for 1 month.
Tonight, made salad using this salty mushroom. Mushrooms has enough salty so you do not need to season. Oil and Lemon juice would be fine. The white pieces are cottage cheese.
