My signature Granola
Made my original granola. Apparently this is much beautiful, healthier and it costs cheaper than the bought one. Taro loves it very much. He likes to eat it as soy milk porridge. :)
Here's my recipe.
-2 cups organic rolled oats
-1 cup various nuts and seeds ( this time, I added chopped almond and walnuts, pumpkin seeds and coconuts)
-plenty of various dried fruits as you like
(I chose chopped apricots, orange peels, fig, red currants and raison)
- 5 tablespoons of maple syrup
Preheat the oven 150℃.
Put the oatmeals, nuts and seeds and maple syrup in a large bowl. Mix together.
Spread them on the baking tray.
Bake it for 30 minutes, stirring mixture every 10 to 15 minutes. Put coconuts on the tray in the last 1 minutes of done. Let cool. Stir in dried fruits. Store in an airtight container.
