I didn't add any sugar in the filling, but it's enough sweet and taste.
Here is my basic sweet buns ingredients.
- 200g "Haruyutaka" (made in Hokkaido) Flour
- 2 tablespoons beet sugar
- 1/2 tea spoon salt
- 1/2 tea spoon yeast
-15g(1 table spoon) unsalted butter
-145cc milk
Let rise it until doubled, after making shape, let rise them for 50 minutes at 35℃.
Preheat the oven to 180℃ and bake 15mins.
For sweet buns, I use milk and butter so that the buns get more rich and soft.
