Pork Libs Noodles~排骨麺~


Made Chinese noodle from scratch!
Referred to Wu Wen's recipe. Since her method is quite traditional and difficult to make it, I use a pasta machine. Quite easy and quick to extend the dough. :)
Only two ingredients, 80cc water and 200g flour(for noodles). knead the dough and cover with wet tea towel and leave it for 1 hour. Knead again until the skin get smooth.
Use pasta machine(1×3, 3×1 5×1). cut 2~3mm.

As for the soup, boiled pork libs, some sliced ginger and green onion more than 1 hours. Season with salt. This time, I also put coriander roots in it to make broth.

This noodles are awesome indeed.
