March 3 is "Hinamatsuri" which celebrates for girl's growth and health and spring.
Usually we have "Chirasi-sushi" and ”Hamaguri( one kind of cram)" soup.
But tonight,we celebrated for Hinamatsuri with Italian food.
This pasta can enough taste the stuff, that are the best now in the spring, "Hamaguri(one kind of cram) "and "Nanohana(rape vegetable)".
The method is almost all the same as "Vongore Rosso."
I used the pasta called "Fettucine". No reason. Just my feeling.
The main dish is grilled "Suzuki" with mint and coriander sauce.Marinated Suzuki with olive oil, S&P, lemon juice and coriander powder. Heat it the oven with 300℃ and grill for 15 minutes. Add mint sauce. Just chopped peppermint, coriander, pine nut, anchovy, grated parmesan cheese and olived oil by the Food Proseccer. It is like a genovese sauce. Any white fish would be fine.
I would like to eat all the dishes together. I like the harmony. This is my perfect Italian dish. :)

He turns a newborn baby again. He only needs to have breast feeding milk. :(
