Mizutaki Hot Pot

Mizutaki literary means "boiling from water". It took 2 hours to boil chicken thigh with bones to make broth. We use the soup for the hot pot. Serve with grated radish & green onion.

Besides chicken thigh, I made chicken ball called "Tsukune". It is also yumm.

I love Japanese herb. This time We had Mitsuba, Urui, Seri and Shungiku. All of them are good smell of spring. :)
