Baked apple upside-down cake. Referred to Kato Chie's cook book. She is a very famous teacher of sweets.
However, I am not good at baking her recipe. Maybe it is too methodical for me.
Actually I burnt the surface. Luckily this is upside-down cake so that I don't have to show the disaster to my family though.
I like to bake the stuff which can endure to be formed by roughly way.
Haven't tasted it yet.
Anyway, this is my outcome today. Need to practise baking more!
